[2026-02-06] Spiritually Ignorant Believers Who Habitually Refuse to Believe Even When the Promises of the Bible Are Fulfilled
Revelation chapter 22 records that anyone who adds to or takes away from the Book of Revelation will not enter heaven and will receive curses (plagues). Have not the pastors and theology scholars of traditional churches (Protestant and Catholic) added to or taken away from the words of Revelation? From what I have seen, they have all added to or taken away from this book of Revelation. If so, they will not enter heaven and will receive curses, for the New Testament cannot be broken.
At this time when the New Testament Revelation is being fulfilled, Shincheonji was created according to Revelation and understands not only its true meaning but also the fulfilled realities of all its chapters. Yet just as the shepherds of Jerusalem did to Jesus at his first coming, today Protestant and Catholic pastors also call Shincheonji a “cult, cult.” Both at Jesus’ first coming and today at his second coming, those who shout “cult, cult” are the true heretics. Between Protestantism, Catholicism, and Shincheonji, who are the heretics and false pastors? It is the Protestant and Catholic leaders who have added to and taken away from the Book of Revelation who are heretics and false shepherds. Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed a public Bible examination based on the Book of Revelation in the New Testament, but no one has accepted so far. This is because they are ignorant of the Bible and have no confidence that they can win. Therefore, Shincheonji has overcome the world with truth (the revealed Word). Amen.
Moreover, Protestantism and Catholicism not only added to or took away from the words of Revelation but also told lies. Because they lack the Word (truth), believers have gathered to Shincheonji where the Word exists. To stop their members from learning the Word at Shincheonji, they falsely labeled Shincheonji a cult with lies that are not supported by the Bible. Can such sins—adding to or taking away from the words of Revelation and lying—be forgiven?
Today, the promise between God and us is the New Testament Revelation. God and Jesus fulfill the New Testament Revelation, and we believe in what has been fulfilled. Even though today God and Jesus have fulfilled the promised prophecy and testify through the promised shepherd, traditional church pastors still do not believe—how is this any different from Jesus’ first coming?
Just as at Jesus’ first coming, when God fulfilled the Old Testament through Jesus, the shepherds of Jerusalem—who were ignorant of the Old Testament Scriptures—did not believe, so today, at the time of the Second Coming, even though Jesus has fulfilled the New Testament Revelation through the promised shepherd, the traditional church pastors and their congregations, who are ignorant of the New Testament and lack faith, still do not believe. These are false shepherds and false believers. Whether at the first coming or at the Second Coming, even when the promises of Scripture are fulfilled, the religious world has habitually failed to believe because of spiritual ignorance.
Therefore, anyone who hopes for heaven and salvation must understand the true meaning of the New Testament Revelation in order to recognize and believe in its fulfilled reality. Amen.
