What Kind of Book Is the New Testament Book of Revelation?

What kind of book is the New Testament Book of Revelation? Revelation is the book that reveals the new nation and new people who will be saved at the time of the end.

As seen in Revelation chapters 1, 2, and 3, there are seven messengers appointed by God, and there is one who has seen and heard all the events of this Book of Revelation (the promised pastor).
