Jesus, who is the Absolute, is the Resurrection and the Life

Jesus, who is the Absolute, is the Resurrection and the Life In Genesis and Revelation, there appears a tree of life whose fruit, when eaten, grants eternal life. This tree of life bears twelve kinds of fruit each month (Rv22). Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, though he may die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never taste death,” and He raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11). Jesus died and was raised again, and He promised that He would come again before departing. We, the believers of Shincheonji, believe in Jesus and His word, and we believe in the Jesus who will come again. We await that day of His return, holding His word as the Absolute word. Furthermore, we trust in that prophecy and its fulfillment, following the prophetic path as we wait for Jesus. In the New Covenant—that is, in the New Testament Revelation—it is recorded in detail that Jesus will return and that the events of that time will occur. Among these ...

Egypt and the land of Canaan, the place where there is the Tree of Life bearing twelve crops of fruit

Egypt and the land of Canaan, the place where there is the Tree of Life bearing twelve crops of fruit The Israelites went to Egypt and entered the land of Canaan to obtain physical food. Where is the place where true spiritual food is found in the New Testament today? This is where the Tree of Life that bears twelve crops of fruit is.  As seen in Genesis, it was said that if you eat the fruit of the Tree of Life, you will live forever, and if you eat the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, you will die (Gn 2 and 3). The food of eternal life recorded in the Book of Revelation was the fruit of the Tree of Life, which bears twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. The figurative Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil are the pastors with the word and their organisation. The place that speaks false truth is where there is the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (wild vine), and the place that speaks the truth is where there is the ...

The Prophecy of the Book of Revelation and Its Reality

The Prophecy of the Book of Revelation and Its Reality As seen in Matthew 1, Jesus came as the Savior of the people of Israel. The one who received and ate the open scroll in Ezekiel 3 of the Old Testament and came to the people of Israel to testify was Jesus. And Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament (Jn 19:30). The one who received and ate the open scroll in Revelation 10 of the New Testament and saw the events of the Book of Revelation is the new John (Rv 22:8), and he went to the churches to testify to what he saw (Rv 22:16). It is written in Revelation 22:18-19 that if you add or subtract from the Book of Revelation, you will not be able to enter heaven and will receive plagues (disasters). However, even though it has been about 2,000 years since this book of Revelation was written, there has not been a single person on earth who knows the true meaning of this book. However, many shepherds have given false testimony. At that time, the promised shepherd (new John) of Shincheonji rece...

The Hope of Believers

The Hope of Believers The hope of believers is heaven and eternal life. This is testified in the New Testament Gospels and Revelation. However, though it has been nearly 2,000 years since Revelation was written, no one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth has been able to understand the meaning of the words recorded in this book. This is because God had sealed the book with seven seals and kept it in His hand until now (Revelation 5). Today, 2,000 years later, Jesus has taken this sealed book from God, broken the seals, and opened it. By fulfilling what is written inside and revealing it, the one who has seen and heard (the promised pastor) has come to understand the realities of Revelation. When Revelation is fulfilled, the entities of the recorded prophecies appear, making it possible to know the realities of this book through its words. For this reason, Jesus instructed us to see and believe when these entities of prophecy appear. In Revelation 22, it is written that anyone who a...

The Small and Narrow Road to the Kingdom of Heaven and Carrying out the New Covenant

The Small and Narrow Road to the Kingdom of Heaven and Carrying out the New Covenant God exerted great effort through prophets and apostles to save His rebellious people. However, the devil and those born of the devil’s seed desperately blocked the path of faith for the prophets, apostles, and saints who belonged to God, went so far as to kill them (Mt 23), and constantly made God’s people betray and be destroyed. Therefore, one can have the kingdom of heaven and eternal life by persevering to the end and fighting and overcoming the devil (Rv 12:10-11). This is why it says that the road to the kingdom of heaven is small and narrow (Mt 7:13-14). In order to restore His kingdom, God promised through the Old Testament prophets that two kinds of seed would be sown and that He would make a new covenant (Jer 31). The two kinds of seed in Mt 13 were sown in the church of Jesus at the time of the first coming and grew together until the time of the harvest (Mt 13:24-30). The time of the harves...

The Fulfillment of the Old Testament and New Testament

The Fulfillment of the Old Testament and New Testament (Jn 19:30, Rv 21:1-7, Rv 22:1-7)  Jesus who fulfilled the Old Testament (Jn 19:30), also fulfills the New Testament (Rv 21:6). What is it that our saints hope and wish to be fulfilled in the New Testament? It is the fulfillment of the new covenant, Revelation, the kingdom of heaven, and eternal life.     In Rv 22, there is eternal life, and there is a tree of life that bears twelve kinds of fruit each month. Have you seen this tree? Do you know it? Have you eaten its fruit? Wouldn’t it be considered a complacent faith if one is unconcerned to these things?    Where is the value of believing in the Bible? In both the Old Testament and the New Testament, what God promised was the kingdom of heaven and eternal life. Today, at the time of the fulfillment of the Book of Revelation, the tree of life in Rv 22, which bears twelve kinds of fruit each month, has appeared in reality. Come to Shincheonji, where thi...
