Two Seeds, Two Spirits, and Two Words In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. Likewise, there are two spirits—the Spirit of God and the spirit of the devil—and two kinds of words—truth, which is God’s Word, and falsehood, which is the devil’s word. Those who belong to God listen to God’s words, but those who do not belong to God do not listen to them.
