Walking the Path According to the Bible: Celebrating 41 Years of Shincheonji Church

On March 14, 2025, Shincheonji Church of Jesus (Shincheonji) celebrated its 41st anniversary with a grand service, marking over four decades of remarkable growth and dedicated ministry. The event, attended by over 5,000 people, was live-streamed to churches around the world, allowing both local and international members to join in the celebration.

The anniversary service was a time to reflect on the church’s journey, share accomplishments, and outline the vision for the future. Special presentations included a video highlighting the church's history, followed by an in-depth report on its achievements over the years.

A Message of Unity and Spiritual Growth

Shincheonji’s Chairman Lee Man-hee, addressed the congregation with an inspiring message focused on faith and spiritual growth. Emphasizing the importance of aligning oneself with the Word of God, Chairman Lee urged members to strive for perfection in the image of God. He stated, "God wants us to be fully created through His Word. We must become one with this Word to understand its true meaning and fulfill both our desires and God’s will."

He also emphasized the need for unity within the Christian community, noting that, regardless of denomination, all believers share the same Bible. "We must not engage in unnecessary arguments or division. Instead, let's make judgments based on the Bible and focus on true faith," he said.

He concluded by reminding everyone that while we must rely on God for the things that are beyond our power, we must also take personal responsibility for our spiritual growth and the mission to help others.

A Record-Breaking Year of Growth

Shincheonji has been steadily growing since its founding in 1984. In 2024, the church reached a milestone of 111,628 graduates from its Bible education programs, contributing to the impressive total of over 1.1 million graduates since the church’s establishment. The church’s ongoing efforts to expand the spread of the Word have seen remarkable success, with 819 churches in Korea and 13,835 churches in 88 countries forming partnerships with Shincheonji for mutual education.

In addition to educational growth, Shincheonji has made significant strides in social service. The church’s commitment to life-saving actions has been evident through initiatives like their 7 million blood donations, earning a Guinness World Record.

A Year of Blessing and Love

Looking ahead, Shincheonji is committed to realizing the theme of this year’s anniversary, which is "A Year of Love and Blessing." The church aims to continue spreading the light of God’s Word globally, with the goal of making the teachings of the Bible known to every corner of the world.

"All glory to God for the progress we’ve made over the last year," said the church’s spokesperson. "We are grateful for His guidance and the dedication of all our members, and we will continue to work hard to build a beautiful church that exemplifies His love and blessings."

Gratitude and Continued Dedication

Many members expressed their joy and gratitude for being part of Shincheonji’s 41st anniversary. One member, Choi Yong-soo, who has been with Shincheonji for 28 years, shared, "I remember the early days when we gathered in small spaces to worship. It’s incredible to witness the church’s growth, and I feel blessed to be a part of it."

Another member, Song Soo-kyung, reflected on the significance of this anniversary, "I am so happy to celebrate the 41st anniversary of Shincheonji. I will continue to grow in faith and share God’s love, just as our leaders have done."

As Shincheonji Church of Jesus moves forward, its mission remains focused on building a community of faithful believers who live according to the teachings of the Bible, serving others with love and compassion. The church looks forward to another year of growth, unity, and fulfillment of God’s purpose.

The Prophecies and Physical Fulfillment of Revelation

The Prophecies and Physical Fulfillment of Revelation Although the book of Revelation was written approximately 2,000 years ago, no one in heaven or on earth knew its true meaning. Instead, the world has been filled with false shepherds who testify lies from their own imagination. Why has the true meaning of Revelation remained unknown? The reason is that God sealed the book with seven seals and kept it hidden. However, today, Jesus took the sealed book, opened all seven seals, and fulfilled all its prophecies. He then gave the opened book to one person (the promised shepherd) to eat (Revelation 10), showing him the fulfillment of its prophecies and commanding him to testify what he has seen and heard to the churches (Revelation 22:8, 16). As instructed, the shepherd who witnessed all the events recorded in Revelation is now proclaiming both the revealed word and the physical fulfillment that he saw and heard to the churches as stated in Revelation 10:11 "You must prophesy again a...

The Promised Pastor of the Old and New Testaments

The Promised Pastor of the Old and New Testaments   The promised pastor of the Old Testament was Jesus (Ez 3, Mt 15:24), and the promised pastor of the New Testament is New John (Rv 22:8, 16). God promised about them in advance and said to see and believe when they appeared as promised.  The promised pastor of the Old Testament received and ate the opened scroll in Ez 3 then went and preached it to the rebellious people, the Jews. The promised pastor of the New Testament received and ate the opened book in Rv 10, saw all of events of the entire book of Revelation (Rv 22:8), and went and preached it to the rebellious Spiritual Israel (Rv 22:16).  Revelation is the new covenant to be fulfilled today, and it says that if one adds to or subtracts from this, then he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven, but will receive curses (plagues) (Rv 22:18-19). However, all of the pastors of the Protestant Church and their congregation members have added to and subtracted from Revelation....
