[2026-01-23] Who Am I According to The Book of Revelation?



It is written in Rv 22 that if anyone adds to or takes away from the Book of Revelation, they will not enter heaven and will receive plagues (curses). Have the traditional churches (Catholic and Protestant) not added to or taken away from Revelation? Do not lie—speak honestly. They have all added to and subtracted from it. Therefore, they cannot enter heaven and will receive curses.


Those who have added to or taken away from this book of Revelation, have called Shincheonji—who has mastered Revelation—a cult (heresy), just like the pastors of Jerusalem did to Jesus in the First Coming. Between those who have mastered Revelation and those who have altered it, who is orthodox and who is heresy? From the perspective of Shincheonji, both Catholicism and Protestantism have added to and taken away from the Book of Revelation in the New Testament. Shincheonji, however, after the event of betrayal and destruction of the chosen people in Rv 6, was sealed in Rv 7 and registered to the twelve tribes, had their names written in the Book of Life, and has mastered Revelation.


Catholics and Protestants, who have altered Revelation, have called Shincheonji—which has mastered Revelation—a cult. Therefore, Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed that they hold a test before the public, based on Revelation in the New Testament, to distinguish heresy from orthodoxy. Yet not even one person has responded until now. This is because they are ignorant of Revelation and lack the confidence to win at such a test. Thus, Shincheonji has overcome with the truth (the revealed word).


Because Catholics and Protestants have altered Revelation, they cannot enter heaven as they are. Therefore, they must be born again through the revealed word of the New Testament. Shincheonji, after the events of Rv 6, from Rv 7 onward, has been sealed with the revealed word and created into the twelve tribes. The one who received and ate the scroll of Revelation in Rv 10, and the one who saw all the events of the entire book of Revelation—exist only in Shincheonji. Therefore, in the end, no one except Shincheonji which is sealed can enter heaven. Shincheonji was sealed at the time of the fulfillment of Revelation and has become the tree of life that bears twelve kinds of fruit every month.


In today’s time, when Revelation is being fulfilled, any believer who desires salvation must examine themselves: “Who am I according to the Book of Revelation? Have I been created according to it?”
